I was born and raised in Grass Valley. After moving away for four years, I made the decision that Nevada County is where I wanted to live. My three daughters were also born and raised in Grass Valley.
I worked in the Nevada County court system for ten years. In my last five years of working for the county I owned and operated a dance school and retail store. I ran these two businesses for fourteen years and in December of 1994 I decided to close them both and start a new chapter of my life by going into real estate.
I purchased my first piece of vacant land and built my first home in the early 1970’s. From this point on, I continued to buy, sell and build many homes. Going into the field of real estate seemed like a natural transition.
I became a real estate professional in July 1995 and since 1999 have continuously been in the Nevada County Master’s Club, an honor given to Nevada County’s top producers. I have worked with government officials and the general public in both residential and commercial property transactions. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada County Association of Realtors as the Secretary/Treasurer, President-elect, and President. I have been on different committees for the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Nevada County Association of Realtors.
Most of my clients are referred to me by previous clients. I enjoy building long-term relationships, carefully listening to clients’ needs and helping them meet these quickly and successfully. My goal is to provide service that is beyond your expectations. I provide long ranging service that continues after a property is purchased or sold.
